I'm not an IT freelancer
I don't just code what you say
I don't bring technologies just to play
I don't say "all right" if it is not
I challenge your idea and if it fails, I help you brainstorm other alternatives
I use exactly needed technologies only, but that don't disable further development
I openly say what risks we have and how much it can cost
ABOUT ME
In IT since 2010 year
Hired and managed engineering teams of up to 10 people
Worked in big tech companies where downtimes cost millions
Launching 2 startups
What I've created
We created that with the founders, like you

Issuing Virtual
Banking Card
User issues a virtual Visa® card with his/her own photo, sends it to a friend, friend adds it to Apple Wallet® or Google Wallet™ and pays in shops and internet

Freight Forwarder's
AI Assistant
It receives RFQ, parses, calculates, and enriches missed data and sends a structured message to agents.
When the agent replies, it parses a response, and after the user selects a better rate, it sends a structured message to the customer.

Personal Cosmetologist's Assistant
It receives messages from messengers, books an appointment, reminds the customers, and keeps procedures and injected medicines data per client, and reminds clients about upcoming treatment

You may ask: "Why do I need a CTO? I can build my product on my own using AI agents"
Technically yes, but:
Are you sure your AI agent-generated product is scalable and secure?
As an experienced CTO, I can verify this. Moreover, I can guide AI to generate code and architecture that don’t need to be rewritten from scratch.
Are you sure your infrastructure isn’t costing more than it should?
I can verify the architecture and code, and be sure which infrastructure is the most optimal for this.
Are you sure your AI agent hasn’t created a time-ticking bomb due to hallucination?
I write prompts using tech terms and verify the result code with my own eyes and tests.

What I can't
Somebody advertises, “MVP without rewritings, operating 24/7, bugs free”, I prefer to tell the truth.
I can't (and nobody can) guarantee that each part of code, once written, will never need to be rewritten.
A product is constantly evolving, and the world is changing. What was acceptable to users 6 months ago may no longer be acceptable today. That is why we sometimes need to rewrite parts of the code and sometimes even change parts of the architecture as well.
I can't (and nobody can) guarantee that the product will operate 24/7 without any issues.
Modern products are a composition of millions of lines of 3rd party code and your code. So in some states, it can produce some unexpected behavior. Or even users can interact with our product in a way that we couldn't predict. Only fast fixing and release cycle can help.
How I work
-
I ask for a description of your idea.
-
Look at the cust-dev interview results.
-
If you don't have this, I can help organize cust-dev.
-
-
Ask about competitors and marketing.
-
Ask for metrics that can indicate leads' interest and product-market fit.
Ready to bring your idea to life?
Tell me about the world you’re trying to build.
